He started his career as a SCM in SSI cables and is a GATE qualified, certified EXCEL Telecom Professional. He got Industrial Training at National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). He has worked on “Comparative performance analysis of various SOI MOSFETs for reduced SCEs” in his M.Tech thesis. He is engaged in research and development work in the field of Semiconductor Device Modeling and simulation. He has taught subjects like Basic Electronics, Electronic Devices and Circuits, Digital Electronics, Signals and Systems and Electrical Science. He joined the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in September 2023. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Anoopshahr.
