The Faculty of Life Sciences at Jaypee University Anoopshahr is established to provide premier level of education in the field of biological and allied subjects to prepare students for multi-faceted career opportunities. The programs are developed in accordance to the current technological advancements in the field of life sciences and envisages to inculcate strong academic fundamentals. The Faculty of Life Sciences also boasts of highly qualified educators, with strong academic backgrounds from IITs, AMU and DU, along with international experiences.
To facilitate hands on training and increase the practical knowledge of students, zoology, botany and chemistry labs with necessary instruments are made available to the students. Amenities such as microscopy, animal and plant specimen handling and preservation, UV Spectrophotometer, Microwave oven, Heating plates, Ultrasonicator, pH meter, Conductivity meter, Weighing balance, Distillation unit, Beckman thermometer, hydroponics and other advanced techniques are available for the students. The students are also given the exposure of the engineering workshop to encourage interdisciplinary learning.
