In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, as amended from time to time, Jaypee University, Anoopshahr, has constituted the Students' Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) to address and resolve grievances of students, both current and prospective.
This notification (No. 01/2024) supersedes all previous notifications/orders on this subject. The SGRC provides a structured platform for students to submit grievances and receive a fair and just response.
The committee will address complaints through a process grounded in the principles of natural justice, with recommendations submitted to the Vice-Chancellor and the aggrieved student.

In line with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, Jaypee University, Anoopshahr, has appointed an Ombudsperson to handle appeals against the decisions of the Students' Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC).
Any student who is dissatisfied with the decision of the SGRC may appeal to the Ombudsperson within fifteen days from the date of receiving the SGRC’s decision.
The Ombudsperson shall carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, as amended from time to time.
The SGRC and the Ombudsperson shall perform their functions in compliance with the UGC regulations to ensure that student grievances are addressed effectively. Full cooperation from all stakeholders is requested in fulfilling these responsibilities.
