About me

Dr. Priyanka Jha completed her graduation B.Sc. (General) from Maharishi Dayanand University in 2005. After that she did did M.Sc. Physics with 7th position in University from Maharishi Dayanand University in 2007. Then she had completed her Ph.D. in Physics from Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), University of Delhi in 2014. After completion of Ph.D, she joined HMR Institute of Technology and Management, GGSIPU as Assistant Professor in August, 2014. Then she joined IIT (BHU) as Research Associate in 2015. In 2020, she has also been awarded CSIR-SRA (Pool Scientist Officer) position which she continued in IIT (BHU) and completed 9 years of post-doctoral experience. She has published 49 publications (1 provisionally accepted, 18 publications as corresponding author and 13 Publications in Ph.D. Duration out of which 9 as First Author). One project sanctioned from CSIR worth Rs. 33,51,360/- has been completed in 2023. Along with it, she has published two book Chapters and 10 conference proceedings. Since 2024, she is working as an Assistant Professor in Physics at Jaypee University Anoopshahr.
