With over 24 years of experience in education and business, I am an assistant professor, senior grade, at the HSS department of Jaypee University, Anoopshahr, where I teach communication skills to B.Tech students, coordinate the honors programs (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., B.A.), and train students for placement. I have successfully initiated and managed new academic courses in the rural area, increasing the student intake and the annual revenue of the university. I have also executed placement drives for various programs in collaboration with the central placement team at JIIT, Noida. My background includes working with AMS India, Aviva Life Insurance, and World Bank projects, where I gained expertise in content development, instructional design, business analysis, and strategic planning. I hold an MBA degree and a UGC NET certification in finance. My goal is to leverage my academic and professional skills to contribute to the quality and excellence of education and career development. I have also successfully organized various outreach programs for the university in coordination with schools in a radius of around 40 kms around the university bringing 150 schools into a hand holding partnership with the university.
