About me

Dr. Varun Kumar Singhal is an accomplished academic and researcher with over 14 years of experience in teaching and research. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Jaypee University, Anoopshahr, he holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee. His expertise spans semiconductor device modeling, VLSI design, and third- generation solar cell modeling, with significant contributions to quantum dot-sensitized solar cells. Dr. Singhal, a GATE-qualified scholar, has received accolades such as the Perfect Award from COER and first prize in SAAMARTHYA-08, and has authored numerous high-impact publications, including IEEE Transactions, while leading innovative projects in embedded systems and advanced electronics.
